HEALDTON β€” Graveside services for Pauline Faye Fryer Reynolds will be held at Mount Olive Cemetery in Healdton at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 18, 2013 with Chaplin Matt Benedick officiating. Services are under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home in Healdton.


Pauline was born on April 12, 1927, to the late Cecil Fryer and Callie Westbrook Fryer in Healdton, Okla. She grew up with four sisters and one brother. She attended school at Healdton graduating in 1945. She married James R. Reynolds on January 9, 1946.


Pauline was a member of the First Baptist Church and enjoyed attending Sunday school as much as her health would permit and was fondly known as "Sister" due to the fact that Cleo, her sister, had called her that since they were kids. She was also a proud member of the Choctaw Nation. She enjoyed her family and being a homemaker. Her hobbies were reading, sewing and oil painting.


She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James; a daughter, Sonja Paulette; a brother, Frankie (Sonny) Fryer; and a sister, Ramona Bugg.


Pauline is survived by three sisters, Cleo Johnson and husband, Hugh Gene (Spud) of Healdton, Shirley Broughton of Hennessey, Okla., Karen Jackson and husband, Jimmy of Ardmore, Okla.; sister-in-law, Wanda Fryer of Branson, Mo.; five children, James (Butch) Reynolds of Healdton, Trucilla Reynolds of Wichita Falls, Texas, Derry and Glenda Reynolds of Healdton, Ronald and Johnnie Reynolds of Gainesville, Texas, and Ramona Etter of Healdton; grandchildren, James Clayton Reynolds, Jonathan Reynolds, Jeremy Reynolds, Melissa Pemberton, Amanda Southern, Sonja Shaw, and Ritz Etter. Pauline was blessed with nine great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandaughter.


Pallbearers will be sons and grandsons.


Viewing will be Sunday morning till noon Monday at Roberts Funeral Home in Healdton. Family hours are Sunday evening from 6 - 8 p.m.
