Mrs. Louis (Elmira "Molly") Voss, 73, of 5900 N. 68th St., Milwaukee, died unexpectedly, at her home on Monday, April 24, 1989. The former Elmira Sebald was born October 12, 1915 in Sheboygan, a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Krueger Sebald. In 1937 she married Arthur Schwartz and he died in 1959. On July 14, 1962 she married Louis C. Voss of Sheboygan at Ebenezer Reformed Church, Sheboygan and the couple then moved to Milwaukee. Mrs. Voss was employed as a custodian at the State of Wisconsin Motor Vehicle building, Milwaukee, for 16 years, retiring in 1979. She was a member of Ebenezer United Church of Christ, Sheboygan.
She is survived by her husband, Louis; a daughter, Mrs. Arlene (Thomas) Slavens, of rural Cleveland; a son, Arthur (Diane) Schwartz, of Sheboygan; two grandchildren, Tiffany C. and Arthur C. Schwartz II; a sister, Mrs. Ruby Reineking, of Sheboygan; three brothers, Ardell (Betty) Sebald, of Sheboygan Falls, Carlin (Minna) Sebald of Town of Sheboygan Falls and Melvin Sebald of Town of Sheboygan.
Funeral services for Elmira "Molly" Voss will be held at 11 am Thursday,, April 27, 1989 at Lippert Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert Page, pastor of Ebenezer United Church of Christ will officiate. Interment will be in St. James Cemetery, Spring Valley. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 4 pm to 9 pm and on Thursday from 9 am until the time of services. A memorial fund has been established in Mrs. Voss' name.
