Chuck Harney, 66, of Sharon died Oct. 14, 2005, at home after a long illness.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Viet Nam War.
Surviving are his wife, Deanna Harney; son, Shawn, of Kansas City, Kan.; daughters, Michelle Harney of Kansas City, Kan. and Deanna Reynolds of Oklahoma; and six grandchildren.
Friends may call from 12 to 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20 at Leonard Johnson Funeral Home, Marmet where a procession will leave promptly at 2 p.m. Graveside service and burial will follow in Sharon Cemetery with Rev. Rick Holstein officiating. Military rites will be conducted by Gauley Bridge VFW Post 8366.
