Michael R. LaRue, 47, Liberty, died Nov. 3, 1992, in Kansas City. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Faith Baptist Church, Higginsville, Mo.; burial in the Higginsville City Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the Hoefer Chapel, Higginsville. Mr. LaRue was born in Higginsville and moved to Liberty in April 1992. He had been a steelworker for Armco Inc. for 24 years. He was a member of the church. Survivors include two sons, Shawn LaRue and Jason LaRue, a daughter, Nikki LaRue, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.C. LaRue, and a sister, Patty Holmes, all of Higginsville; and a half brother, Don LaRue, Bradenton, Fla.
