Mrs. Katie Lee (Kate) Varner McIntyre – A native of Conecuh County, Ala. And a resident of Theodore, Ala., died at the residence Friday, Sept. 26, 1969 at 12:35 p.m. She is survived by her husband, Mr. John Clayton McIntyre, Sr. of Theodore, Ala.; two sons, Mr. J. C. McIntyre of Mobile, Ala., Mr. L. V. McIntyre of Montgomery, Ala.; five daughters, Mrs. S. E. (Mamie) Kostmayer, Jr. of Mobile, Ala., Mrs. C. W. (Mary Elizabeth) Duke of Wilmer, Ala., Mrs. J. D. (Mildred Love) Callaway of Theodore, Ala., Miss Annie Mae McIntyre of Theodore, Ala., and Mrs. H, A. (Janie Corrine) of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla.; one sister Mrs. Maude Meyers of Montgomery, Ala.; two brothers, Mr. J. W. Varner of Birmingham, Ala., Mr. N. D. Varner of Taylor, Tex. 13 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home, Monday Sept 29, 1969 at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Radney Funeral Home, Inc., 3155 Dauphin Street Extension, west of Sage Avenue.

Mrs. Katie Lee Varner McIntyre – Funeral services for Mrs. McIntyre were held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home Monday Sept. 29, 1969 at 2 p.m. with Rev W. C. Kirk officiating. Pallbearers were F. E. Lake, Clarence Gladwell, S. E. Kostmayer III, O. C. Danner, J. D. Callaway, Jr., and C. W. Duke. Interment was in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Funeral arrangements were by Radney Funeral Home Inc. 3155 Dauphin Street Extension, west of Sage Avenue.
