Mortuary services were provided by Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, 311 E. Lima Ave., Ada, OH, 45810-1665, phone 419-634-3786. (Bruce and a Saundra Neely were still at that address in 2002). The death certificate was signed by Bruce A. Neely. He may be related.
