Florine Elizabeth Thomas, age 86, was born December, 27th 1926 in McComb, MS and went to be with her Lord and Savior March 15, 2013. Visitation will be 12:00 noon until 1:30pm, Saturday, March 16 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Graveside services will follow at 2pm Saturday at Lakewood Memorial Park.

Flo was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Always putting others before herself and living her life not of this world. Her life was always centered around God, family, and the life she could give to them. Flo left an example of a life to be lead by a Christian, leaving no question of the love that she possessed and selflessness she lived by. Romans 12:1-2. 1)Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God- this is your spiritual act of worship. 2) Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-His good, pleasing and perfect will.

Preceded in death by loving husband Jack Thomas. Surviving loved ones are her son Gary Thomas and wife Dotty, daughter Brenda Wiggs and husband Dee Wiggs. Also surviving are her grandchildren Nick Thomas, Chad Wiggs, and Matt Wiggs. Great grandchildren are Jackson Thomas, Ava Wiggs, Russ Wiggs, and Islee Jo Wiggs.
