Murl Maxine Upshaw,88 of Fayetteville ,died Thursday March 14,2013 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. She was born July 28,1924 in Johnson,Arkansas to Jesse and Sarah (Ella) Teague Neal.
Maxine was a dietician.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gordon 'Dud' Upshaw, two grandsons and two sisters,Pearl Neal and Darlene Neal Parker.
Survivors include two sons Carl Upshaw of Oklahoma and Johnny Lee Upshaw of Texas, one sister , Dorothy Yeager of Springdale , her special friend , Sheila Andrews of Fayetteville, nine grandchildren ,twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be Tuesday ,March 19,2013 at 2pm at Johnson Church of Christ with Johnny Dockery, officiating,Burial will be in Stuckey Cemetery,
Visitation will be Monday ,from 5 to 7pm at Sisco funeral Chapel in Springdale.
