Mrs. Melissa Doty passed away at the home of her son, Laban T. Robbins, Monday, Jan. 1, aged 83 years, 1 month, 19 days. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. C.V. Bigler, pastor of the M.E. church. Interment was in Oak Grove cemetery. Among the relatives from out of town who attended the funeral, was Mrs. Achsah Taylor of North Harwich, aged 86 years, a sister of the deceased.
