Shirley was born on January 21, 1938 in Alcorn County, Mississippi to the late Julius Harmon Spencer and Arnie Mae (Morrow) Spencer.
She was a 1957 graduate of Kossuth High School, a member of West Corinth Church of Christ.
Shirley enjoyed more than anything being with her children and grandchildren.
Along with her parents Shirley was preceded in death by her first husband and the father of her children, Jamie Rowland; and brothers Kenneth and Bill Spencer.
She is survived by her husband, David Todd of Corinth; 3 daughters, Cindy, Anita and Dianne; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Jerry Spencer and Stevie Spencer; sisters, Dorothy Smith (Herschel), Wanda Cornelius, Mary Gant (Tommy), Cathy Nash (Randall), Lynn Carmack (Dennis). She also has a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
