Eugenia Bickham Shelton, age 59, of Atlanta, Texas, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, March 13, 2013, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital surrounded by family.
Eugenia was born September 4, 1953, in Bivins, Texas. She was a homemaker; member of Good Exchange Baptist Church; and enjoyed spending time with family and cooking.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Chappy Shelton of Atlanta, Texas; one son, Chappy D. Shelton, II and wife Melissa of Atlanta, Texas; one daughter, Kasi Fincher and husband Brian of Atlanta, Texas; two brothers, Keith Bickham of McLeod, Texas, J.R. Bickham of McLeod, Texas; one sister, Sheila Henning of Whitehouse, Texas; five grandchildren, Kaden Fincher, Brody Fincher, Stella Fincher, Brent Walker, Ava Shelton all of Atlanta, Texas; and a number of other relatives.
Memorial services will be 10:00 am, Friday, March 15, 2013, at Tanglewood Missionary Baptist Church, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service, with Bro. Gary McNatt and Bro. John Parker officiating.
