Mrs. Katie M. Bright
Katie M. (Harner) Bright, widow of Peter B Bright, died at 10:17 last night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Henry A Gittelman, 696 North Third street, aged 80 years. Death followed an illness of more than two years. She was a daughter of the late Abraham and Mary (McGray) Harner and was a member of St Mark's Reformed Church.
Her husband died 17 years ago. Surviving are two daughters, Carrie B., wife of Henry A Gittleman, with whom she resided, and Mary H., wife of Howard McLoud, West Lawn; three sons, Charles R and Albert A Bright this city, and Earl W Bright, Womelsdorf; 18 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral on Wednesday at 1:30 pm from F F Seidel, Inc., Funeral Home, where services will be conducted in the chapel by Rev. Paul C Slinghoff. Interment in Charles Evans cemetery.
