Final rites were held Wednesday from the Orchard Baptist Church for Floyd Cedric Bowen, 62, of Orchard. Rev. Wylie Culps officiated. Interment was held in the Greenlawn Memorial Park under the auspices of the Masonic Lodge of Wallis, with Garmany-Janca Funeral Home directing. He passed away Monday morning.
Mr. Bowen is survived by his wife, Mrs. Claudia Bowen, Orchard; daughter, Miss Martha Bowen, Boling; brothers, Emry and Eudell, both of Houston; sisters, Mrs. Letty Crosby, Oakhurst, Mrs. Ata Watson, Huntsville, Mrs. Elizabeth Thompson, Fairbanks.
