He was born and raised on the very ranch that his family began, and would spend his life working the ranch. His grandfather, M. Thomas Berry, established the family ranch in the mid 1850's on what is now known as Coca Cola Ranch Road. It is one of the original ranches established in Jack County.
Donald passed away, Wednesday, March 13,2013 in Jacksboro, Texas.
He is survived today by his wife, Bennie Ruth Berry; children, Kenny Wayne "Ken" Berry of Jacksboro, TX and Deboray Kay "Debbye" Berry of Arlington, TX as well as numerous other family members.
