Mr. James Doyle "Jim" Clark, age 81, passed away Monday, March 11, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born in Travelers Rest, SC on February 18, 1932 to Lydia Lafoy Clark and the late William Garvin Clark. Mr. Clark proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He retired from the FAA in 1988. Mr. Clark was a faithful member of Beck's Baptist Church for 32 years and served as a Deacon. Surviving are his loving wife of 63 years, Martha Clark; two children, Teri Williams and Ronald A. Clark and wife, Debra; and three grandchildren: Ronnie, Jesse and Janie. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 14, 2013 at Beck's Baptist Church with Dr. Karl Minor officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
