Janie Maxine was born in the vanished community of Lone Elm, Texas, to the late C.L. and Heath Ralston. She worked as a beautician in her early years and retired from the Midlothian Schools as a librarian. She was active in the Eastern Star, church and community service.
Maxine was preceded in death by her first husband, Eurby Wray Bearden, in 1945; husband, Eugene Page in 2001; son, Burley Bearden; and brother, C.W. "Bub" Ralston.
Survivors include daughter, Rosine Barnett and husband, Harold "Pete"; daughter-in-Law, Dinah Bearden; grandchildren, Burley Barnett, Geana Brann, Janie Warren, Shelby Smith, Daniel Bearden; nine great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends. Y11
