Raymond Wilson Beck, 90, passed away Monday, March 11, 2013 at his home in Marlow.

Services will be held at 11:00am, Friday, March 15, 2013 in the Marlow Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Couch officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow.

Family visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home.

Raymond was born Friday, July 28,1922 in Stephens County, to Charles and Louisa Ella (Williams) Beck. Raymond lived in Stephens County all of his life and attended Thomas School, east of Duncan. He married Viola Fyne Duke on July 29, 1942 in Duncan. She preceded him in death on October 28, 2011. Raymond retired from the City of Duncan as the Lake Superintendent after 40 years of service. He loved spending time outdoors, taking care of wildlife, raising wood ducks, hunting and fishing. Raymond enjoyed being around people and visiting.

Survivors include,
two sons, Lewis Beck and wife Judith of Broken Arrow and Rodger Beck and wife Mary of Duncan;
five grandchildren;
nine great-grandchildren;
several nieces and nephews.

Raymond was also preceded in death by his parents, son, Raymond (Winn) Beck, six brothers and three sisters.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Williams, Rusty Smith, Rod Smith, Tommy Myers, Ray Flinn, and Hal McNight.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Wild Turkey Foundation.
