MRS. RITTER FUNERAL HELD AT MARBLE ROCK
Marble Rock – Funeral services for Mrs. George Ritter were held Sunday afternoon in the Christian Church in charge of the Rev. G. A. Hess of Charles City.
Pallbearers were her three brothers; C. T. Rex; R. R. Tex; and Clyde Rex of Webster City and her grand-nephews; Edwin Rex; Claude Losee; and Clinton Mooberry.
Ruth Rex, daughter of Samuel and Mary Jane Ackley Rex, was born at Marble Rock, March 3, 1875. She was married to George W. Ritter about 16 years ago, two years after the death of his first wife, who was her sister.
Surviving are her husband, G. W. Ritter; four brothers; C. T. Rex; and R. r. Tex of this place; Clyde Rex of Webster City; Clifford Rex of Alamosa, Colorado; and one sister; Mrs. Justin Haynes of Floyd and three stepchildren; Rex Ritter; Mrs. Verle Salee of Greene; and Mrs. John Mooberry.
