Henry Latimer was the son of Jonathan Latimer 1st and Borodill Denison. On 11 August 1763, First Congregational Church, by Rev. Mather Byles, New London, CT., he married Sarah Christophers. Their children were: Sarah "Sally" (18 Dec 1763-26 Apr 1853); Henry Jr (10 Sep 1765- ); Elizabeth "Betsy" (8 Oct 1766- ); Christopher (1 Aug 1769- ); Lydia (1771- ); Ann Boradill "Nancy" (7 Mar 1773- ); Mary (13 Nov 1775- 12 Dec 1831); David (9 Sep 1777- young); John Allen (21 May 1781-1 May 1848); Charlotte (25 Nov 1783- 1867); Jurusha (Bible name, 2 Kings 15:33) (23 Jul 1786-18 Aug 1885).
