Funeral services were held for Mrs. Maude Evelyn Perkins Alnutt, 82 of Savannah, Friday, March 28, 1986 at 3 p.m. at Trinity Methodist Church of Savannah. Mrs. Alnutt died Tuesday, March 25 at Clearview Nursing Home.
The Rev. Sanford Brown officiated. Interment was held in Bonaventure Cemetery. Coggins Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Alnutt was a Savannah piano teacher over 50 years and a member of the Savannah Piano Teachers Club.
She is survived by one son, Arno A. Alnutt, Jr. of Thomaston, two brothers, Mr. Fredrick L. Perkins of Cairo and Mr. Edward Eugene Perkins of Rome; four sisters, Miss Alice Louise Perkins of Riverton, Wy., Miss Mary Ellen Perkins, of Atlanta, Mrs. Sibyl Eiseman of Charleston, S.C., and Mrs. Blanche Poore of Palatka, Fla. Two grandchildren also survive.
