Milam: Strathmore, Tulare Co. - Funeral services for William Edward Milam, 75, who died in his home here yesterday, will be held Saturday at 10 AM in the Webb Chapel in Lindsay with the Rev. Lee Webb, pastor of the Faith Baptist Church of Strathmore officiating and burial in Olive Cemetery. Milam, a native of Oklahoma, lived in Strathmore 22 years. Surviving him are his widow, Effie; five daughters, Mrs. Pearl Jernigan of Fresno; Mrs. Della Cromeenes, Mrs. Ruby Reid, Mrs. Geraldine Delk and Mrs. Earline Philips, and two sons, Bentley and Edgar Milam, all of Strathmore; three sisters, Mrs. Effie Cheatham of Madera, Mrs. Lillie Day of Mineral Wells, Texas, and Mrs. Pearl Burns of Oklahoma; three brothers, Burt of Calvin, Okla., Charles of Gainsville, Texas, and Thomas Milam of Sacramento; 26 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren."
