Veronica Theresa Stewart of Blauvelt, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 14, 2004, with her family by her side. She was 80.
Veronica was born on Valentine's Day in Fall River, Mass. to Thomas and Alice (Battersby) Walsh. Although she worked at Rockland Psychiatric Center in her later years, her vocation was as Mother.
Veronica is survived by her husband of 60 years, Robert, children, Kathleen, Patricia MacMartin and husband John, Robert Jr. and wife Gail , Michael, Brendan and wife Margaret, grandchildren, Megan MacMartin, Maureen Wanamaker and husband Todd, Erin Stewart, Marybeth Gorden and husband John, Kevin Stewart and Juliette Stewart and great-grandchildren, Emma Gorden and Jessica Gorden. She was predeceased by her son, Thomas.
