Micheal Anthony Young was born on November 4, 1965 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He departed this life on Monday, September 2, 1984 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana [from injuries sustained in an auto accident on his way home from Indiana University in Bloomington]. Micheal was baptized at an early age at the Good Shepherd of the City Lutheran Church. A graduate of the 1984 class of Snider High School, Micheal was a member of the Varsity basketball team and was an outstanding player. He received honorable mentions for the All-City Varsity Basketball Team. Micheal was loved by all. He gave freely of his love, affection and time. He will be deeply missed and will always remembered. Survivors include his mother, Jacqueline Marie; one brother, Donald William Young; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John S. Young, Sr.; a great-grandmother, Venetta Saunders of Knoxville, Tennessee; two uncles, John Stanford Young, Jr., and Carlos Young; one great-uncle, Auldwin J.Young and one great-aunt, Burnace B.Young, both of Lima, Ohio; and a loving Godmother, Alberta Scott; and a host of other relatives and friends.
