Teresa Ellis Bush of Elizabeth died at Hardin Memorial Hospital. A native of Warren Co., she was a member of St. James Catholic Church.

She worked at the Hardin's County sheriff's office for 11 years and retired in Feb. from the property valuation administrator's office where she had worked for 4 years as deputy.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Willie Belle Ellis and a brother, Tony Ellis.

She is survived by her husband,Carl E. Bush, Jr.; three sons, Carl "PeeWee" Bush, Michael and Danny Bush; four daughters, Lisa Mason, Susie Bush, Terri Bennett and Jacquie Bush; two brothers, E. J. and Jimmy Ellis, three sisters, Mary Ray and Roxie Edlin and Helen Skees, 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation was conducted November 3 at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, where a prayer vigil was held that evening. Funeral was held November 4 at Saint James Catholic Church.
