JANESVILLE - Harold J. Babcock, age 77. died Wed., Feb. 28, 1990 at the Janesville Health Care Center. He was born July 6, 1912, in Janesville, the son of Levi and Alma (Bennett) Babcock. He married Anna A. Adams on Aug. 9, 1957, in Janesville. A Janesville resident all of his life he was employed by Colt Industries for 23 years.
He is survived by his wife; 4 sons: Frederick of Waukesha, Michael of Janesville, Patrick (Bonnie) of Niles, OH, and John of Danbury, CT; 3 daughters: Dayle (Gerald) Patty of Avalon, Ann (Gene) Buchanan of Union City, CA, and Andrea (Larry) Wilson of Longmont, CO; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and 1 sister, Grace Blake of Janesville.
Friends may call on Thursday, March 1, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Schneider Funeral Home. Private graveside services will be in Milton Lawns Memorial Park.
