The Rev Charles W Horner of Pottstown RD3 died in the Pottstown Hospital May 4, 1974 at 11 am.He was born March 14,1888 at Oak Hall Station the son of George and Catherine Colyer Horner,On Nov 12,1910 he married the former Naomi Martz who proceded him in death.He is survived by one brother Bruce Horner of Boalsburg and by Nine children,Esther Alderman,Helen Kissinger,Fern Johnson,Lois Henritzy,Ruth Shreffler,Mary Bogar,Luke Mark and Paul at home.He was a retired ministerand a member of the Eastern Pennsylvania United Methodist Conference.A graduate of the Albright colege he taught school in various towns.Funeral Services will be held at the Tabor United Methodist Church,Hendricks Tuesday at 1:30 pm. Friends will be received at the Mann funeral home East Grensville today from 7 to 9pm.
