Clifford L. Wood, age 89, born March 8, 1923 in Shelby, MT to James and Marie Wood, passed away on April 24, 2012.

Cliff owned and operated a Knife Sharpening Business for more than thirty years that serviced clients in the greater Seattle, WA area.

His wife, Irma preceded him in death. They were married for sixty years before her passing in 2002. They were longtime residents of Edmonds, WA.

He is survived by his children, Clifford Jr., Beverly Moen and Sharon Fisher; his sister, Helen Major of Polson, MT; and brother, Jack Wood of Kalispell, MT; and grandchildren, Pamela Moen and Andy (Kris) Moen; great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob and Alexander Moen; and many nieces and nephews.

He will be forever remembered as a kind and wonderful husband and father and for his generosity and genuine concern for others.

The family would like to extend their deepest thanks to the staff and care givers at Bethany at Silver Crest for their compassion and excellent care that Cliff received in the months before passing. A special thank you to Kathy Church.
