RALPH ROPER, 88, FARMER, SHIPPING CLERK
Ralph R. Roper Jr., 88, formerly of Mount Nebo, died Saturday at the Glen at Willow Valley following a lengthy illness.
A farmer, he later worked as a shipping and receiving clerk at Aggregates Equipment Inc., Leola.
He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Quarryville.
Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Ralph R. and Ella Rutter Roper Sr.
