Lucille Helen (Neff) Ward, 93, of Gladstone, MO, went to be with the Lord on March 6, 2013. She was born October 14, 1919, the daughter of Charles and Hilda (Krone) Neff of Corder, MO. She moved to Kansas City, MO in 1937 and worked for Mobil Oil and Farmland, retiring in 1985. Lucille was preceded in death by her parents and one sister. She is survived by one nephew and several cousins. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 2003 Englewood, Kansas City, MO 64118, with visitation 10 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will take place at Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Corder, MO, at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church or Zion Lutheran Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund, Corder, MO.
