Funeral services were held Monday, Feb. 9, at 10 a.m., at Holy Ghost Lutheran Church with the Rev. Jere Kimmell officiating. Bernice Basse was the organist, and Doris Usener, the vocalist.
Interment followed in the Greenwood Cemetery.
Prior to the funeral, the body lay in state in the chapel of Schaetter Funeral Home.
Mrs. Feller was a homemaker and was born Oct. 10, 1935, in Gillespie County, the daughter of Reinhold E. Herbort and Anita Lorenz Herbort. She married Charles J. Feller on June 11, 1955, at Holy Ghost Lutheran Church and he survives.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons and their spouses, including James Dean and Joan Feller of San Antonio, James Charles Feller and Betty Waller of Comfort, and Leslie and Cindy Feller of Boerne.
She is also survived by three grandchildren, her mother, Anita, Mrs. Reinhold E. Herbort of Fredericksburg, and three brothers and sisters-in-law, including Curtis and Carolyn Herbort, Dalton and Annette Herbort and Alton and Doris Herbort, all of Fredericksburg.
