Crackers, was a rescue furbaby, found under a trash dumpster on July 4th, 2010. He was a tiny little ball of fur. I had to bring him home and give him a good home. He had a distinct meow, that always sounded like he was saying "Maw". We played a question game, where I'd say who loves you, and he answered Maw. Who's your favorite person, Maw. Somedays he would just come up to me and I'd say how was your day, and he would meow and meow as if he told me all about it. His birthdate wasn't July 4th, that's the day he was found, and that became his birthdate, as that's when he became mine. Sadly on the evening of March 8th, for some unknown reason, he darted into the street and directly in front of a vehicle. He died instantly. I will miss you baby, and all our "talks".
