W. Schmidt, 74, Mishicot Pioneer, Passes Away
William Schmidt, 74, of Mishicot, passed away there this morning.
He was born at Saxonburg in 1857 and has resided at Mishicot most
of his life, moving into the village five years ago to live a
retired life.
Forty years ago, Mr. Schmidt was united in marriage to Miss Ida
Wilms, who still survives with five children, Mrs. John Schmidt,
Reedsville; Lydia, Mishicot; Floyd and Lester, Mishicot; and
William at Two Rivers. One brother Adam of East Superior, Wis.,
also survives.
Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed.
