South Ogden – Paul W. Dillon, 84, passed away March 7, 2013, from complications of cancer.

He was born November 11, 1928 in Logan, Utah to Martha Smith and Chester W. Dillon.

Paul married Donna Hardy on July 21, 1949 in Elko, Nevada; they were sealed for time and eternity in the Salt Lake Temple on July 10, 1964.

Paul was a member of the Utah National Guard from 1949 to 1962; serving during the Korea War and Vietnam. He retired from Hill Air Force Base.

He enjoyed square dancing, loved to travel and enjoyed spending winters in Yuma.

Paul is survived by his wife of 64years, Donna; children, Paul S. Dillon (Sally), Donnette Stoddart (Bruce, deceased) and Roslyn Fry (Terrel); 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren with one on the way; siblings, Rowena, Warren, LuJuana, Mona, Wendell and Marvin.

He was preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 11, 2013 at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd.

Friends may call on Sunday, March 10th from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday prior to the service from 10 to 10:45 a.m.

Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 Monroe Blvd.
