Erilinda Albalos, 61, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 30, 2004 after a lengthy illness of cancer.
She was born on June 26, 1943 in Caoayan, Illocos Sur, Philippines then moved to Hawaii in 1966. She and her family made a permanent residence in Stockton in 1977. She was an RN at Dameron Hospital for 17 years before an injury forced her retirement. She is known for her kind and caring ways to anyone who crossed paths with her.
Daughter of Vicente Querubin and the late Cresencia Querubin; sister of the late Teddy Querubin of the Philippines and Vince Querubin of Puyallup, WA.
Also survived by her husband of 39 years, Nestor; son Vince and daughter-in-law Denise Albalos and grandchildren Jazmine, Derek, Dominic and Jade of Pearl City, HI; daughter Mary and son-in-law Rocky Corey and grandchildren Rachel, Cresie and Kianah of Rancho Murietta; son Mark and daughter-in-law Melissa Albalos and grandchildren Nestoe III and Clarissa of Travis AFB. Survived by numerous relatives and friends.
A Rosary will be held on Sunday, January 9, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the Shoreline Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at the Church of the Presentation, 1515 Benjamin Holt Dr., Stockton, CA at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 10. Visitation: Thursday, January 6, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, January 7, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday, January 8, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, January 9, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
