Thomas was admitted to Leavenworth Home for Disabled Veterans in 1890 at Age 58.
Described as 5'6", dark complexion, grey eyes, dark hair.
Occupation - Shoemaker
Husband of Rachael E Flitcraft of What Cheer, IA at admission.
Died Butte, Montana while on Furlough May 1 1911. Buried in Mount Moriah Cemetery. There is no headstone or marker for this man's grave.

Thomas md 22 Jan 1883 What Cheer, Keokuk co, IA to Mrs Rachel E (Smith) Welch - who was the dau of Warren Smith & Margaret Humes.
Thomas was the son of Levi Flitcraft & Christina Dise #106356846 (Christina is bur under the name of her 2nd husband,Farquhar. As for Levi all I could find on him is that he was born ca 1808 NJ & died Columbiana Co, OH (by the way that is where Thomas was born).
Levi & Christina were md 6 Mar 1826 Columbiana Co, OH - the only other thing I know (that I can think of) is that Levi Flitcraft was the son of Levi Flitcraft & Alcada Robinson.
