Eileen L. Luchsinger, 69, of Onondaga Hill passed away Thursday at Upstate Community General Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, an avid Bunko player and enjoyed reading. She was a Daycare provider for many children over the past 35 years. Eileen was an active member and Deacon of the Onondaga Hill Presbyterian Church and taught church school for many years. She was predeceased by her son, James, in 2010.
Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Henry J. Luchsinger Jr.; her children, Kimberly (Scott) Devereaux of Lakeland, Wendy (Nicholas) Patriarco of Cortland, Robert Luchsinger of Onondaga Hill; daughter-in-law, Karen Luchsinger of Onondaga Hill; 8 grandchildren, James, Jordan, Erica, Jake, Carly, Dante, Cooper, and Gracie; her twin sister, Carol (Ronald) Graves of Millerton, NY; her father-in-law, Henry J. Luchsinger Sr.; many nieces and nephews. Services: 11 a.m. Monday in Onondaga Hill Presbyterian Church, 4797 Makyes Rd., Spring Interment Highland Cemetery, Marcellus. Friends may call Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Butler-Badman Funeral Home, Inc., 4504 W. Seneca Tpk., Onondaga Hill.
