CHARLES E. LANG DEAD

Charles Elmer Lang, who lived at 331 Market, died Thursday afternoon at 3:45 o'clock in St. Mary's Hospital. He was a retired barber.

Funeral arrangements have not been made.

Mr. Lang was born October 9, 1873, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Lang. He married Lizzie Beals in Emporia.

Surviving Mr. Lang are two sons, Buel Lang, 1128 Lakeview; and R. W. Lang, of Biggs, Calif.; two bothers, P. M. Lang, of Strong City; and Irving Lang, of Marion; one sister, Mrs. Charles Schrimer, of Detroit, Mich.; one granddaughter and five grandsons.

THE LANG SERVICES SUNDAY

Funeral services for Charles Elmer Lang, who died Thursday afternoon at St. Mary's hospital, will be held at Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Roberts-Blue funeral home. the Rev. E. F. Buck, pastor of the Grace Methodist church, will conduct the services. Burial will be in Maplewood cemetery.

THE LANG FUNERAL

Funeral services for Charles Elmer Lang were held at the Roberts-Blue funeral home Sunday afternoon. The Rev. E. F. Buck, pastor of the Grace Methodist church, was in charge. Organ music was provided by Mrs. Glenn A. Blue.

The pallbearers were William J. Toms, C. H. Cassedy, Jack Staley, Bruce DeWeese, C. C. Lang and Thomas Blackburn. Burial was in Maplewood cemetery. Out-of-town relatives who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Bruce DeWeese and Mr. and Mrs. T. M. Lang, of Strong City, and Ervin Lang, of Merriam.
