DANIEL AHERN
Taylors - Daniel Ahern, 71, of 211 Dellrose Circle, widower of Margaret Elizabeth Thrailkill Ahern, died July 28, 1990. Born Sept. 24, 1918 in Philadelphia, Pa., he was a son of the late Daniel and Beatrice Kochersperger[*]. He was a salesman for All American Food Brokers before his retirement and was of the Baptist faith. He attended the University of Miami for two years and was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II having served with the 488th Bomber Squad. Surviving are a son, Michael "Mick" Ahern of Irmo; a sister, Margaret McBride of Philadelphia, Pa.; and three grandchildren. Services were at 2 p.m. today at The Mackey Mortuary. Burial was at 4 p.m. today in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
