Constance W. 'Connie' Thomas, 83, of Friendship Ridge, formerly of Beaver Falls, died Thursday, March 7, 2013.

Born Nov. 26, 1929, in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Emil, Sr. and Hazel Scranton Cook. She had been a former member of a women's bowling league at the Sim's Lanes.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore 'Ted' Thomas, and her brother, Corporal Emil Cook, Jr. who was killed in action in the Korean War.

She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, William and Sheila Thomas, Texas and Delbert Thomas, White Township; her grandchildren and their spouses, Erin Thomas, Amy Thomas, Jake Thomas, Michelle Thomas, Tim and Karri Thomas, Sara and Jason Allison, and five great-grandchildren, James Thomas, Tyler Thomas, Dylan Thomas, Stephen Allison, and Anna Allison.

Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 p.m. until the time of the service at 4 p.m. in the HILL & KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, www.hillandkunselman.com, 3801 Fourth Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls. The Rev. Larry Reitz, pastor of College Hill United Methodist Church, will be officiating.

Private burial in Grandview Cemetery, Big Beaver.
