Dwayne Reid, 46, of Red Bay, died Saturday, July 15, 2006, at Shoals Hospital.
He was born in Fort Worth, Texas, on July 30, 1959. He was a former salesman for Jim Brown Ford in Hamilton and was preceded in death by his father, James H. Reid, and his grandparents, Belton and Thelma Bolton and Elf and Elizabeth Reid.
He is survived by his mother, Wilma George and husband, Jerry, of Red Bay; one brother, Jeff Reid and wife, Lynn, of Red Bay; daughter, Kayla Reid, of Horn Lake, Miss.; special nephew, Kyle Reid, of Red Bay, and special friend, Sue Blake, of Red Bay.
Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at Deaton Funeral Home, in Red Bay. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, July 17, at the funeral home chapel, with Brother Jerry Swimmer officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
