Kathy Lynn Frazier, 26, of Poplar Bluff died Monday, July 23, 2001, on Highway 67 south of Fredricktown as the result of an auto accident.

Mrs. Frazier was born Jan. 13, 1975, in Cleveland, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a member of Potters House Pentecost Church.

In April 1994 she married Scotty Wayne Frazier. He survives.

Other survivors include three daughters, Tiffany Ann Frazier, Victoria Lynn Frazier and Chelsa Marie Frazier and one son, Scott Wayne Frazier Jr., all of the home; her parents, Robert Bollin of Poplar Bluff and Patsy Sue Turgeon and stepfather Richard of Portland, Wash.; her grandparents who helped raise her, Violet and Homer Osborn of Poplar Bluff; two sisters, Sabrina Owens and Jennifer Owens, both of Portland; three aunts, Nancy Lee Polin, Peggy Jean Pennington and Linda Ruth Tristan, all of Poplar Bluff; and one uncle, Eldon Gerald Osborn of Wappapello.

Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Danny Watson officiating and the Rev. Paul M. Stephens assisting. Burial will be in Black Creek Cemetery.
