Gail Arnold of Yachats grew up in Astoria and Pilot Rock with parents, Warren and Mamie and brother, Gerald. After graduating from Oregon State, Gail married Bob Arnold. Pre-retirement they lived in Keizer where she taught Home Economics at McNary High School.
Gail is survived by her husband, Bob of 55 years and their two children, JoAnne and John and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Gerald McGowan. A memorial service will be at Yachats Community Presbyterian Church Saturday, March 9 at 2:00 and private burial at Willamette National Cemetery next week.
