Sandra Harwell Wilkins, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile AL, died Tuesday, March 5, 2013 in a local hospital. She attended Oak Park Church of God.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Kathryn Harwell; and special friend, James Dumas.

Survivors include two children, Tony Schmidt and Deric Wilkins; her siblings, Helen (Bobby) Chance, Danny (Jackie) Grissett, Kathy (Rufus) Kelsoe and Tim (Angela) Harwell; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including her close friend, Cindy Rabb.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 8, 2013 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Pastor Kip A. Box officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 12:30 p.m. prior to services. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation. www.mmgfuneralhome.com.
