Jenny Williams, 55, passed away Sunday evening, March 3, 2013, from stroke complications a week earlier. Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Tim Jarrell of Couts United Methodist Church of Weatherford officiating. Visitation and celebration of Jenny's life will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, with refreshments, at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel. Memorials: Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to a charity of choice . Acknowledgement to her family. Jenny was born in Fort Worth. She was the daughter of Susan M. and Morris S. Williams. Jenny graduated from Eastern Hills High School in 1975 and Texas Woman's University in 1981 with a B.S.R.N. degree. Her life was spent as a surgical registered nurse with a special love for orthopedics. Survivors: Daughter, Natalie Cortez of Weatherford; mother, Susan M. Williams of Weatherford; brother, Jay L. Williams of Roanoke, Va., and his family, wife, Stephanie, children, Leah, Kara and Reid; sister, Karrie; and Karrie's son, John R. Gross of Austin.
