Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Post, 81, were held at the Porter Funeral Home and at the First Christian Reformed church.
She died at a Rock Rapids hospital Sunday night following a heart attack.
Mrs. Post, nee Harmelink, was born May 8, 1880 in the Netherlands and came to this country with her parents when one year old. She had lived here since 1945.
Survivors include five sons, Louis De Vries of Grand Rapids, Mich.; Gerrit De Vries of Fairview, S. Dak.; John De Vries of Graettinger, Ia.; Henry De Vries of South Holland, Ill.; and William De Vries of Rock Rapids; and four daughters, Mrs. Minnie Van Duyn of Grand Rapids, Mich.; Mrs. Fannie Van Noort of Rock Valley, Mrs. Alice Gorter of Garretson, S. D., and Mrs. Jennie Gisolf of Ellsworth, Minn., also two step-children, Walter Post of Sioux Center and Mrs. Sam Westra of Rock Valley.
