Iren Cantrill

NORWAY--Irene A. Cantrill, 86, of Norway, died Thursday at her home.

Mrs. Cantrill was born April 3, 1899, in Norway, daughter of the late Frank and Marie LaJeunesse. She married Roy Cantrill on April 19, 1919, in Norway and he preceded her in death on May 9, 1969. She was a member of the Norway Senior Citizens, Grace United Methodist Church, the Women's Society of Christian Service, Ladies Bible Class and she was also a gold star Mother.

Survivors include a son, Ronald of Chicago; three daughters, Anita Beckstrom of Norway, Evelyn Poquette of Powers; and Alice Perket of Menasha, Wis., 16 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by three sons, William, Arthur and Harry.

Visitation will be today from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Miner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home, with Rev. Emmett Coons officiating. Burial will be in Norway Township Cemetery.

NORWAY--Irene A. Cantrill, 86, of Norway, died Thursday at her home.
