Taylor Funeral Services Held Wednesday
WHITEWRIGHT - Funeral services for John W. Taylor, 91, who died in a Bonham hospital Monday, were held Wednesday at the Methodist Church, with the Rev. A.D. Jamison, pastor, officiating. Burial was in City Cemetery, under the direction of Earnheart Funeral Home.
Mr. Taylor was born December 1, 1867 [1858] in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He had been a resident of Grayson county since 18?? [illeg]. He was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include four sons, Roy Taylor, Telephone; Walter Taylor, Webetka, Oklahoma; Elza Taylor, Leonard; and H.M. Taylor, Greenville; three daughters, Mrs. Maud McCurdy, Roxton; Mrs. Bertha Ferguson, Palm Springs, Calif., and Mrs. Deloise Clement of California, 42 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
