Pamela Sprang Mabry, 59, of Spartanburg, died Sunday, March 3, 2013, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center-ER. Born September 6, 1953, in Columbus, OH, she was the wife of James Allen Mabry of Spartanburg and the daughter of Richard Gayle Sprang of Spartanburg and the late Marie Elizabeth Hafey Sprang.

Mrs. Mabry was the Community Health Nursing Coordinator for the SC Migrant Health Program. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Women's Circle 5, Sigma Theta Tau, the SC Nurses Association, ABD for PhD in epidemiology at USC-Columbia, BSN at USC-Spartanburg, and graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill.

In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by her brothers, the Rev. David Edward Sprang (Sue) of Gladwin, MI, and Richard Ellis Sprang of Spartanburg, SC.

Visitation will be 7:00-9:00 PM Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at St. John's Lutheran Church, by the Rev. Emily Edenfield and the Rev. Michael T. Shackelford. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.

Memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, 415 S. Pine Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302.

The family is at the home of her father, 103 Redwood Circle, Spartanburg, SC 29301.
