MILTON POPP

Milton C. Popp, 55, of Rt. 1, Manitowoc, died Saturday morning at Holy
Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where he had been taken shortly before his
death.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home,
Manitowoc, and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Casimir Catholic Church, Northeim.
The Rev. Robert Berg will officiate and burial will be in the church
cemetery.
Mr. Popp was born March 22, 1913, in the Town of Newton, son of the late
Joseph and Marie Mayer Popp. He married Eunice Swoboda at Manitowoc
Sept. 3, 1938, and the past four years had operated Uncle Miltie's tavern
at Clover. He was a member of the Manitowoc County Tavern League and the
Travelers Protective Assn.
Survivors include his wife; five sons, (private); two brothers, George of
Rt. 3, Manitowoc, and Harold of Rt. 1, Hartley, Wis., and three grand-
children. A sister preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday where the parish
vigil will be at 8 p.m.
