She married David M.(N.?) Culver (1832-1917) Jan. 31, 1856, in Jackson Co., AL. He was the son of Andrew Bailey Culver and Martha "Patsy" (McNeeley) Culver; grandson of George Culver and Sarah (Reese) Culver.
David was a first cousin of Susannah Jane Culver (daughter of Thomas Bailey Culver and Nancy Willis) who married first in 1851 to Martha Isbell's first cousin Zachariah Isbell (1835-1863) (son of James Isbell and Elizabeth Birdwell) and married secondly in 1866 to her own first cousin Fleming J. Culver, son of Ichabod T. Culver and Malinda (McNeeley) Culver.
Martha Isbell Culver died after Nov 1892 but before 1900 in Dekalb Co., AL. One family tree says 1895.
A letter from her nephew A.L. Isbell in 1937 states that she "died when around 65 years of age." She was about 62 in 1899.
In 1880 they lived near the Isbell Cemetery in Jackson Co., AL. After her death, David Culver moved to Texas to live with their children.
